Introduction

These rules apply to using our site (www.michaselericksonclothing.com) and buying our clothes. By shopping with us or making an account, you agree to follow them—no fine print tricks, just clear guidelines.

1. Accepting the Terms

If you create an account, buy something, or even just browse a lot, you’re saying you’ve read and agree to these terms (and any updates we make).

2. Being Old Enough to Buy

You need to be at least 18 (or have a parent/guardian’s permission if you’re younger) to shop with us—sorry, no kiddo purchases without grown-up help.

3. We Might Update These Terms

Sometimes we need to change things (like if shipping rules change). We’ll post the new terms on our site with a “Last Updated” date. If you keep shopping after that, you’re good with the new rules.

4. Keep Your Account Safe

Your password is your responsibility—don’t share it with anyone. If you see someone using your account without permission, tell us right away at [email protected]

5. Product Info

We try to make sure photos and descriptions are accurate, but sometimes colors look different on screens (sorry!). Tees might have tiny print variations—they’re still the same great design, just a little unique.

6. Our Stuff Is Ours

All the photos, descriptions, and logos on our site are ours—don’t copy them or use them without asking. That’s stealing, and we don’t like that.

7. Your Content (Reviews, Photos)

If you leave a review or share a photo of you in our clothes, you still own it—but we can use it on our site or social media (with credit, if you want!). Just don’t post mean, offensive, or fake stuff—we’ll take that down.

8. Don’t Do This

  • Use bots or tools to scrape our site (no stealing our product info!).
  • Try to hack our system (not cool, and it’s illegal).
  • Resell our clothes in bulk (we’re for everyday people, not resellers).
  • Lie about returns (like returning a worn tee and saying it’s new—we check!).

9. We Accept Your Order When We Ship It

When you hit “buy,” that’s your offer to us. We might say “no” if the item is out of stock or the price is wrong. We accept your order when we send it—then it’s official.

10. Price Mistakes Happen

If we list a wrong price (oops!), we can cancel the order and refund your money. We’ll let you know ASAP if that happens.

11. International Rules

If you’re in Canada (or another country), you’re responsible for following local laws—like paying duties or not buying things that are banned there.

12. We Want You to Be Happy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee—if you’re not happy, follow our return policy. That’s our promise to you.

13. Our Site Might Be Down Sometimes

We might take the site down for maintenance (to fix bugs or add new features). We’ll try to warn you, but sometimes it’s unexpected—sorry for the hassle.

14. We’re Not Liable for Everything

If your package gets lost (even though we try to prevent that) or you don’t like how the tee fits (we have size charts!), we can’t be held responsible for extra costs or frustration. We’ll help fix it, but we can’t pay for things outside our control.

15. Disputes

If we have a problem (like a return gone wrong), we’ll try to work it out with you first. If we can’t, we’ll use arbitration (not court) through the AAA—fair for both of us.
Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer—we follow all local laws to protect you.
