Your payment is safe with us: We use a third-party processor (they’re the experts) and never store your full card number on our servers. No sneaky fees here—what you see at checkout is what you pay.
- United States: Orders going to U.S. addresses are priced in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Canada: Orders to Canada are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The currency selector at the top of our website is provided only to help customers preview prices in their preferred display currency.
Regardless of the display setting, the final charge on your card or payment method will always be processed in the currency linked to your shipping country as described above.
When you place an order, your bank might put a “hold” on the money (it’s just to make sure you have the funds). Once we ship your order, that hold turns into a real charge. If your payment gets declined, we’ll email you to fix it—if we can’t, we’ll cancel the order.
As we said earlier, refunds go back to the same card/PayPal account you used to buy. No exceptions—we can’t send refunds to a different method.
